1 Ku’Er Bin River Overview 1.1 Natural Geography. The Kurang River originates from the northern slope of Xiaoxing’an Mountain and runs through the entire territory of Xunke County from south to north. It belongs to the first tributary of the right bank of Heilongjiang with a total area of 4968km. The planned river channel is 165km long with a total drop of 282m and an average gradient of 1.7%.
