目前我大庆油田所采用电动机装置及调频技术大部分都是三相异步鼠笼式电动机定子调频技术,在实际应用中普遍存在可调频率范围具有局限性,低频时电机发热严重,转矩变小,在高负载的情况下容易憋泵、跳闸,且单井一个冲程内做功有大有小还有负发电状态,冗余量过大,损耗较大等问题。转子变频群控调速技术可在无级调速的基础上实现多台电机能量回收再利用,提高效率平稳运行。

Rotary speed control of variable frequency group control technology can be achieved on the basis of stepless speed motor energy recovery and reuse, improve efficiency and smooth operation.
