本文报道我科应用疗霉舒综合疗法治疗儿童头癣的疗效及动物实验观察。２２例病人随机分为２组。治疗方法：Ⅰ组为口服疗霉舒加局部用药。Ⅱ组先口服灰黄霉素１５～２０天后再口服疗霉舒。结果Ⅰ组治愈率为９１．１％，Ⅱ组治愈率１００％（ｐ＞０．０５）。Ⅰ组治愈平均时间为２６．０７天，Ⅱ组为３４．７天（ｐ＜０．００５）。临床观察和三次动物实验结果均提示疗霉舒治疗人和动物的真菌感染性疾病是一种高效和安全的药物
This article reports the clinical efficacy of Mycophenolate Mushu combined therapy in treating children with tinea capitis and animal experiments. Twenty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment: Group Ⅰ oral treatment of Shu Shu plus local medication. Group Ⅱ first oral griseofulvin 15 to 20 days after oral treatment of mildew. Results The cure rate of group Ⅰ was 91.1%, the cure rate of group Ⅱ was 100% (p> 0.05). The mean time to cure in group I was 26.07 days, in group II 34.7 days (p <0.005). Clinical observations and results from three animal experiments suggest that treatment of fungous infectious diseases in humans and animals by Yushu Shu is an effective and safe drug
