阿司匹林(下称“ASP”)是常用药物,但具弱酸性,对胃粘膜的刺激会产生厌食或胃疼痛甚至出血,使多数病人不能耐受。为改进其副作用,我们制备了 ASP 缓冲双层片(A)和铝盐片(B),与原有的单方片(C)作了12名健康人(9男3女)的体内血药浓度测定比较,并将所得的结果进行药物动力学的处理,结果表明以 ASP 缓冲双层片较好。ASP 缓冲双层片:(1)对大鼠胃腐蚀比单方片约小4倍;(2)峰值 Cm 较高,A8.92>B7.64>C5.08;(3)达峰时 Tm 较快,A2.42B8581%>C61.60%。血药浓度的动力学分析结果与实测值较
