主要阐述轮对尺寸检测中,采用光截图测量技术,将激光线光源投射到被测车轮踏面上,通过图像分析实现轮对尺寸的测量,目前检测系统所用的车轮踏面激光轮廓曲线图像有效区域提取的方法适应性不强,受干扰因素影响较大,为完善现有问题,针对图像特点,提出了基于Hough变换直线检测的车轮曲线图像有效区域提取方法。
