研究常规四段漂(CEHD)H段中添加漂白助剂加强漂白的效果。结果表明,漂白助剂对浆纤维有较好的保护作用,能提高漂白浆产率、浆黏度和白度优良率。其中漂白浆产率提高1.43%,平均黏度提高了181mL/g;在助漂剂用量较低的情况下竹、桉混合浆的质量稳定。
To study the effect of adding bleaching auxiliaries to enhance bleaching in the conventional four-stage float (CEHD) H section. The results show that the bleaching agent has a good protective effect on the pulp fiber, can improve the bleached pulp yield, pulp viscosity and whiteness excellent rate. The yield of bleached pulp increased by 1.43% and the average viscosity increased by 181mL / g. When the amount of bleaching agent was low, the quality of bamboo and eucalyptus pulp was stable.
