为提高陶瓷微滤膜净化微污染水源水时的产水量,采用电絮凝预处理工艺延缓陶瓷膜的污染。研究了电流密度、进水流量以及跨膜压差对组合工艺产水量的影响,结果显示,较之原水直接微滤,电絮凝预处理后膜产水量得到提升。其最佳运行参数为:电流密度1.5 m A/cm2,进水流量3 L/min,跨膜压差0.15 MPa。同时,比较了碱型、氧化型和配位型药剂清洗对膜污染的影响,结果表明,先用氧化型药剂清洗,再用配位型药剂清洗的方式膜通量恢复值最高。
In order to improve the water production of ceramic microfiltration membrane when purifying micro-polluted source water, the electroflocculation pretreatment process is used to delay the pollution of the ceramic membrane. The effects of current density, influent flow rate and transmembrane pressure on the water production of the combined process were studied. The results showed that the water production of the membrane was improved after direct microfiltration and electro-flocculation pretreatment. The optimum operating parameters are: current density 1.5 m A / cm2, influent flow 3 L / min, transmembrane pressure difference 0.15 MPa. At the same time, the effect of alkaline, oxidative and coordinative reagent cleaning on membrane fouling was compared. The results showed that the membrane flux recovery value was the highest after cleaning with oxidative reagent and then with the coordination reagent.
