今年是《中华人民共和国劳动法》颁布五周年,《中华人民共和国劳动法》颁布三周年。乌鲁木齐市政府和各级工会组织,为贯彻执行两法,做了大量有效的工作。在执行两法过程中,也存在不少难点。本文提出的贯彻《劳动法》有关法律问题的思考,具有一定的普遍性,应引起我们的重视。
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the promulgation of the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China and the third anniversary of the promulgation of the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China. Urumqi municipal government and trade union organizations at all levels have done a great deal of effective work to implement the two laws. There are also many difficulties in implementing the two laws. The thinking of implementing the “Labor Law” on legal issues raised in this paper has certain universality and should arouse our attention.
