塑料袋立体栽培平菇,方法简便,占地少,易管理,产量高,成本低,是广大菇农最普遍采用的方法。这种方法只有在秋末至早春温度较低的时间里较为可靠,但是气温一高,往往会造成大批污染,甚至造成栽培完全失败,给菇农造成重大经济损失。能否闯过发菌关,是夏季平菇成功的关键,同时也是菇农最担心的问题。为了探讨夏季平菇栽培成功的新经验,我们采用“打孔—通气增氧”技术。多次栽培的实践证明,这一方法是夏栽平菇成功的关键技术措施。
