2010-2014年辽宁省水产品中副溶血弧菌污染情况分析

目的分析2010-2014年间辽宁省水产品中副溶血弧菌的污染状况及各地区分布情况,为做好防控工作提供依据。方法参照国家标准GB/T 4789.7-2008,对1 770份样品进行副溶血弧菌检测。结果 2010-2014年检测虾、贝、鱼、海蜇四类水产品共1 770份,副溶血弧菌阳性共249份,总检出率为14.07%,其中虾类占25.83%,贝类占17.61%,鱼类占6.87%,海蜇占1.83%,差异有统计学意义(字2=83.43,P<0.01)。结论 5年间辽宁省4类水产品均受到副溶血弧菌的不同程度污染,其中以虾类和贝类污染率较高。应加大监管力度,防止食源性疾病暴发。 Objective To analyze the pollution status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products of Liaoning province during 2010-2014 and the distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in different regions in order to provide a basis for prevention and control work. Methods According to the national standard GB / T 4789.7-2008, 1770 samples were tested for Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results A total of 1 770 aquatic products of shrimp, shellfish, fish and jellyfish were detected during 2010-2014. There were 249 positive samples of Vibrio parahaemolyticus with a total detection rate of 14.07%, of which shrimp accounted for 25.83%, shellfish accounted for 17.61 %, Fish accounted for 6.87%, jellyfish accounted for 1.83%, the difference was statistically significant (word 2 = 83.43, P <0.01). Conclusions Four kinds of aquatic products in Liaoning Province were all polluted by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in five years, among which the pollution rate of shrimp and shellfish was high. Supervision should be stepped up to prevent food-borne outbreaks.
