高牧坤先生是中国京剧院著名的武生演员,1972年调入《杜鹃山》排演工作组,初涉导演工作。申凤梅先生蒙袁世海先生推荐,于1963年率团晋京演出,并拜在京剧大师马连良先生门下,越调与京剧从此结下善缘。高牧坤先生在20世纪80年代应邀为河南省越调剧团排戏,先后执导了新编历史剧《七擒孟获》与《尽瘁祁山》,他早期的导演实践应该说与越调密不可分。2015年是申凤梅先生去世二十周年,笔者采访了高牧坤先生,他由与越调
Mr. Gao Mukun is a famous actor in Beijing Peking Opera Theater. In 1972, he was transferred to the “Rhododendron Hill” rehearsal working group and started his career as a director. Mr. Shen Fengmei, recommended by Mr. Yuan Shihai, led the delegation to perform Jinjing in 1963 and was worshiped under the leadership of Mr. Ma Lianliang, the master of Beijing Opera. Mr. Gao Mukun was invited as a dramatist for the Yue Tune Troupe of Henan Province in the 1980s and successively directed the newly compiled historical play Qimian Mengnian and Qilizhan Qishan.
