1 临床资料 8例中,男5例,女3例。年龄7～45岁。术前诊断:蛛网膜下腔出血3例,动眼神经麻痹2例,共济失调2例,头额部血管性肿块1例。共完成19条次脑血管造影。其中:右颈总动脉7条次,左颈总动脉6条次,椎动脉6条次。经造影诊断:正常2例,异常6例。其中脑血管畸形2例,动脉瘤3例,头额部软组织血管瘤1例。 2 方法用菲利浦1000mAX光机,双相快速连续摄片,高压注射器推注造影剂。Seldinger氏穿刺插管技术。成人用7F猎
1 clinical data 8 cases, 5 males and 3 females. Age 7 to 45 years old. Preoperative diagnosis: 3 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage, 2 cases of oculomotor nerve paralysis, ataxia in 2 cases, 1 case of the amount of vascular lumps. A total of 19 times cerebral angiography. Of which: right common carotid artery 7 times, left common carotid artery 6 times, vertebral artery 6 times. Diagnosed by contrast: normal in 2 cases, abnormal in 6 cases.
