本文应用研究慢性支气管炎的动物模型,评价大鼠接触SO_2后气管和支气管的粘液滞留和细胞学改变。用体重为125~225g的雌性大鼠在SO_2浓度为600~700ppm、气流速度为27l/分的接触室中,每天吸入SO_2小时,一周六天。在吸入累计时间分别为0、9、18和30小时后,将实验和对照动物麻醉、开胸、抽血至完全处死。收集气管内全部粘液和作支气管灌洗,离心后检查所得固体物质(细胞和非细胞)的量,染色后作支气管杯状细胞计数。结果见表。
In this paper, animal models of chronic bronchitis were used to evaluate mucus retention and cytology in trachea and bronchus after exposure to SO 2. Female rats weighing 125-225 g were inhaled SO 2 hours daily for six days a week in a contact chamber having an SO 2 concentration of 600-700 ppm and an air flow rate of 27 l / min. After a cumulative inhalation time of 0, 9, 18 and 30 hours, respectively, experimental and control animals were anesthetized, thoracotomy, and blood drawn to complete sacrifice.
