我科采用本院药学系所制的前列腺素E引产,效果如102例分析的引产效果(见本期)。引产方法:开始时采用宫腔内羊膜囊外导尿管推药,为了提高引产效果,后改用宫腔内羊膜囊外改良福来氏导尿管【Self-retaining rubber catheter(Fo-ley)】推药,这两种方法均取得一定效果,但以后者效果为好,成功率高。具体操作:在外阴常规消毒铺敷后,用窥阴器扩开阴道暴露宫颈,常规消毒宫颈后,用宫颈钳夹住宫颈前唇,以妇科长弯钳夹住改良福来氏导尿管沿子宫侧壁与胎囊之间,送入官腔15厘米。如遇出血或阻力,则改换插管方向。改良福来氏导尿管的气囊应置于宫颈内口,管的末端用
