新课程改革给教师教育提出了前所未有的挑战,如何应对和迎接新课改的挑战成为当前许多教师和教育主管部门关注的主要内容。作为教育战线上的青年历史教师,更是面临着许多挑战。广大青年历史教师要树立新观念,把专业知识与历史课程标准相结合,不断完善自身综合素质,积极迎接新课改。
The new curriculum reform poses an unprecedented challenge to teacher education. How to deal with and meet the challenge of new curriculum reform has become the main concern of many teachers and education authorities at present. As a young history teacher on the educational front, many challenges are still faced. The majority of young teachers of history should establish a new concept, the combination of professional knowledge and history of curriculum standards, and constantly improve their overall quality, and actively meet the new curriculum reform.
