《杂文月刊》2015年8期原创版刊登了思晨先生的《秦桧不跪,天理难容》。思晨先生认为,“置岳飞于死地的第一杀手是秦桧等人,昏庸的宋高宗是置岳飞于死地的第二杀手。”继而疾呼“如此卖国贼,秦桧不跪天理难容!”“如果连这样的大奸大恶也让其站起来,那中国人的精神只能趴下了。”思晨先生的批判精神令人激赏,但其将秦桧列为“第一杀手”、“昏庸的宋高宗是置岳飞于死地的第二杀手”的结论,却令人不敢苟同。在《秦桧不跪,天理难容》一文中,思晨先生似没有划清“主子”与“奴才”的角色
