脑电图检查对癫痫来说是一种极有价值的辅助诊断,但在发作间歇期有40～45％显示正常脑电图。为探讨美解眠诱发试验对癫痫的诊断和鉴别诊断价值,对44例常规脑电图正常的癫痫者和30例正常人进行了美解眠诱发试验。两组对照观察有非常显著差异(X~2=25.65,P<0.01),结果提示美解眠诱发试验脑电图显著提高了癫痫病人的脑电图的阳性率及定位诊断的准确率。
Electroencephalography is a valuable adjunct diagnosis of epilepsy, but 40-45% of the interval between seizures shows normal EEG. In order to investigate the value of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epilepsy caused by the US-induced sleep apnea-inducing trial, 44 cases of normal epilepsy with normal EEG and 30 normal subjects were induced by hypnosis. There was significant difference between the two groups (X ~ 2 = 25.65, P <0.01). The results suggest that the EEG-induced EEG significantly improves the positive rate of EEG and the accuracy of location diagnosis in patients with epilepsy.
