针对南光 Ｚ Ｚ Ｓ７００１／ Ｇ 箱式真空镀膜机电子枪扫描系统的缺陷， 提出一种实用的改进装置， 克服了被镀材料蒸发特性不同带来的膜厚误差， 提高了膜层质量。

Aiming at the defects of scanning system of electron gun of ZK S7001 / G box-type vacuum coater in Nanguang, a practical and improved device is proposed to overcome the film thickness error caused by the evaporation characteristics of the material to be plated and improve the film quality.
