为了全面提高教师专业素养,国家教育部开展了“国培计划”。作为农村中学的一名教师,我有幸能参加国培,并在培训中收获成长的快乐和幸福。目前,我们的教学中还存在教师包办现象,学生还习惯于在教师的引导下去掌握新知,没有给学生留下自主探究、合作交流的时间,没有充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用。通过此次国培让我领悟到:数学具有严密的知识性和逻辑性,在教与学的过程中,教师要培养学生自主探究、合作交流、解决问题的能力。笔者结合实际谈几点感受。“国培计划”为教师搭建了自主学习的平台。作为一名教师,既然已经选
