在闹市街头,我们时常见到一些美容院工作人员拿着卡片拉客,以免费美容诱惑顾客体验的景象。然而,江苏省启东市一女士却坚持认为美容院以免费美容诱惑顾客体验,然后强迫顾客掏钱消费是一种典型的刑事犯罪行为,遂向警方报案,最终获得了警方立案侦查。日前,启东市法院对这起江苏省首例“免费美容强迫交易案”作出了一审宣判,14名被告人被课以刑罚,开江苏免费美容陷阱入罪先河。审理法官说,今后那些美容院胆敢再以“免费美容”为幌子,强迫交易,那么牢狱之灾就会离之不远。
