2015年4月3日,备受社会关注的山东省平原县原政协副主席、财政局长宋振兴贪污、受贿一案,经德州市中级人民法院审理,依法作出一审判决,宋振兴因贪污罪和受贿罪被判处有期徒刑14年。该案的另两名关键人物——福洋生物科技有限公司法人代表张雷达、山东大蔡牧业有限公司法人代表蔡福涛涉嫌单位行贿案,检察机关也已于2014年10月30日向法院提起公诉,于2015年2月4日开庭审理,将择日宣判。
On April 3, 2015, the case of corruption and bribery by Song Zhenxing, former vice chairman of CPPCC of Pingyuan County of Shandong Province and finance minister, was tried by Intermediate People’s Court of Dezhou City to make first instance verdict. Song Songxing was convicted of corruption charges and Bribery was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment. The other two key figures in the case, namely, Zhang Radar, the legal representative of Fuyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Cai Fu Tao, the legal representative of Shandong Dacai Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., have also filed a lawsuit in the court on October 30, 2014, February 4, 2015 hearing, will choose the day sentence.
