目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定维胺酯维E乳膏中维胺酯及维生素E的含量。方法:.采用C18色谱柱;以甲醇为流动相;流速1.0ml/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为285nm。结果:维胺酯在92.06~460.32μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=0.52%);维生素E在142.96~714.80μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=0.93%)。结论:高效液相色谱法同时测定维胺酯维E中维胺酯及维生素E的含量方法简便、灵敏、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of retinyl ester and vitamin E in the vitamin E-E cream. Methods: C18 column, methanol as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0ml / min, column temperature was room temperature, detection wavelength was 285nm. RESULTS: The linearity of the retinamide in the range of 92.06-460.32 μg / ml was good (r = 0.9999, n = 5) with an average recovery of 100.2% (RSD = 0.52%). Vitamin E was in the range of 142.96-714.80 μg / ml The linear relationship was good (r = 0.9999, n = 5) with an average recovery of 98.8% (RSD = 0.93%). Conclusion: Simultaneous HPLC method for the determination of retinamide and vitamin E vitamin E ester content of vitamin E method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
