为了促进力学和农业生产实践相结合,在中共十三届八中全会和中国科协四大关于加强农业和科技兴农工作的精神的鼓舞下,中国力学学会和中国农业工程学会于1991年12月17—19日在北京农业工程大学联合召开了“农业工程中力学问题研讨会”。来自全国各地的40多位代表参加了研讨会,交流、介绍和探讨了农业工程中的各种力学问题。
