上海社保基金大案2006年8月9日,上海市劳动和社会保障局原局长祝均一在上海市人大十二届常委会第二十九次会议上被正式免去局长职务。祝均一落马问题涉及老百姓的保命钱:违规拆借32亿元社保基金,给民营企业家张荣坤旗下的福禧投资控股有限公司用于收购沪杭高速公路的权益。在此次会上,上海市市长韩正透露,上海市劳动和社会保障局社保基金监管处原处长陆祺伟、上海电气集团原副总裁韩国璋也在接受调查。
Shanghai Social Security Fund Case On August 9, 2006, former director of Shanghai Labor and Social Security Bureau Zhu Junyi was officially removed from the post of director at the 29th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress. I wish the problem of losing everything involves people’s life-saving money: 32 billion illegal borrowing of social security funds, to the private entrepreneurs Zhang Rongkun’s Fuxi Investment Holdings Ltd. for the acquisition of Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway rights. At the meeting, Han Zheng, the mayor of Shanghai, revealed that Lu Qiwei, former director of Social Security Fund Supervision Division of Shanghai Labor and Social Security Bureau, and Han Zhang, former vice president of Shanghai Electric Group, are also under investigation.
