目的探讨环氧化合酶-2在成釉细胞瘤中表达的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测COX-2在77例成釉细胞瘤(ameloblastoma,AB)、6例恶性成釉细胞瘤(恶性AB)、9例瘤旁黏膜及9例正常口腔黏膜中的表达。结果AB、恶性AB及瘤旁黏膜中均有COX-2的明显表达,恶性AB阳性率最高,为100,依次为成釉细胞瘤81.8、瘤旁黏膜77.8,正常口腔黏膜轻微表达其阳性率为44.4,各组间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 AB中COX-2高表达,且明显高于正常黏膜;COX-2可能参与AB的发生发展,AB的侵袭性增加和恶变与COX-2的高表达相关。
Objective To investigate the significance of cyclooxygenase-2 expression in ameloblastoma. Methods The expression of COX-2 in 77 cases of ameloblastoma (AB), 6 cases of malignant ameloblastoma (malignant), 9 cases of para-tumor mucosa and 9 cases of normal oral mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical SP method . Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 in AB, malignant AB and para-tumorous mucosa was the highest. The positive rate of malignant AB was 100, followed by 81.8 in ameloblastoma and 77.8 in para-tumorous mucosa. The positive rate in normal oral mucosa was slightly 44.4, there was significant difference among all groups (P <0.05). Conclusions COX-2 is highly expressed in AB and is significantly higher than that in normal mucosa. COX-2 may be involved in the development and progression of AB. The invasiveness and malignancy of AB correlate with the high expression of COX-2.
