90年代是中国经济腾飞的年代,亦是跨国公司发展的全盛时代,历史的机遇与世纪的呼唤相交相错,机不可失,时不再来。无疑,中国应当有自己的跨国公司,中国的跨国公司应当在肚界经济舞台扮演举足轻重的角色,而特区企业集团应首当其冲,积极探索,为创建中国大陆第一代跨国公司作出贡献。 一、跨国公司的发展状况与运作特征 (一)跨国公司的发展规模与组织类型。 跨国公司作为一种经济现象,已经出现在世界经济区域的广大方位上,其类型之多,触角之广,令人瞩目。联合国跨国公司中心提供的资料表明,1992年全球跨国公司总数约达3.7万家,所设分支机构达17万家。自80年代中期以来,其国际直接投资年均增长30%,占全球直接投资的85%以上,至1992年,投资总额累计已经超过2万亿美元。跨国公司在世界石油、钢铁、汽车、飞机、化工、电子等方而占世界生产的85%左右,技术出口贸易则可占到95%以上。跨国公司的产品销售与内部贸易均居全球同类项目中的极大比重,显示了无阳神奇的魅力。
The 1990s was the era when China’s economy took off, and it was also the heyday of the development of multinational corporations. The opportunity of history and the call of the century are mutually exclusive and wrong. Undoubtedly, China should have its own multinational corporations. China’s multinational corporations should play a pivotal role in the economic world of the belly. The SAR enterprise groups should bear the brunt of this, actively explore and make contributions to the creation of the first generation of multinational corporations in mainland China. I. The development status and operational characteristics of multinational corporations (1) The scale and type of organization of transnational corporations. As an economic phenomenon, transnational corporations have emerged in the broad orientation of the world economic region. Their variety of types and their wide range of tentacles make them attractive. According to information provided by the United Nations Transnational Corporations Center, the total number of multinational corporations in the world reached approximately 37,000 in 1992, and 170,000 branches were set up. Since the mid-1980s, its international direct investment has grown at an average annual rate of 30%, accounting for more than 85% of the global direct investment. By 1992, the total investment has exceeded US$2 trillion. Multinational corporations account for about 85% of world production in the world of oil, steel, automobiles, airplanes, chemicals, electronics, etc. Technology export trade can account for more than 95%. The product sales and internal trade of multinational companies all occupy a large proportion of similar projects in the world, showing the magical charm of no-yang.
