该会于1992年9月21日～26日在山东省淄博市召开。来自各地各部门的代表81名。会议收到论文58篇,其内容:水资源管理与对策;水资源管理模型与运用;水资源评价与开发;水资源污染与防治等。这次会议真正做到畅所欲言各抒己见,对目前水资源管理现状及今后工作提出各自看法与建议。代表们认为成立一个跨部门、跨行业的民间专家咨询机构很有必要,能够协调水资源管理中各种关系,
The meeting in September 21, 1992 ~ 26 in Zibo City, Shandong Province. There were 81 representatives from various localities and departments. Meeting received 58 papers, its contents: water resources management and countermeasures; water resources management model and application; water resources evaluation and development; water pollution and prevention and control. This meeting really speaks freely express their views on the current status of water resources management and future work put forward their own views and suggestions. The deputies believed that it is necessary to set up an inter-departmental and cross-sector advisory body of non-governmental experts to coordinate all kinds of relations in water resources management,
