建设项目全过程造价管理是工程项目管理的核心内容之一,由于材料费用在工程造价中占较大比重,因此在造价控制工作中如何合理确定材料价格显得尤为重要。本文重点分析了概预算编制过程中合理确定材料价格的有效方法,对于工程造价人员编制或审核造价文件具有一定的指导意义。
