电子卡规作为高精度轴类零件的测量工具,已在国内逐步推广。它具有精度高、操作简便、耐磨性好等优点,是当今较理想的测量工具之一。目前,国内对高精度轴类零件的测量普遍采用卡规。由于被测工件的精度高,公差小,要求卡规通端和和止端尺寸差值很小,因此对其制造精度要求较高。由于卡规公差小,允许磨损量小,寿命相应地就较短,因此,很需要用一种新型的测量工具来取代它。
