一、充分认识党校学习的重要性,认真刻苦学习马克思主义基本理论,不断提高政治思想素质。今年6月份,中央专门召开了党校工作会议,就如何加强党校工作作出了具体部署,江泽民同志、胡锦涛同志都作了重要讲话。中央在加强党校工作的通知中明确提出,从今年开始,要用5年左右的时间,对全国省(部)级、地(厅)级和县(处)级党员领导干部,通过各级党校普遍轮训一遍。总行党委曾专门召开会议,学习江泽民同志、胡锦涛同志的重要讲话,研究加强我行党校工作的意见及措施。总行党校的教学计划和教学安排都是按照中央党校统一要求编排的,与中央党校相应级别干部班的教学内容是基本一致的,大家在这里参加培训,也就是参加
