戏曲艺术并未“气数已尽”。“谋事在人”,戏曲艺术若要振兴,关键是多多编演好戏,争取更多的观众。在剧目生产方面,既要刻意求新,搞出精品;又要继承遗产,保留珍品。浙江小百花越剧团整理改编的《西厢记》,就是在王实甫《西厢记》基础上重新建构、精雕细刻的一个格高调雅意深沉的珍品。浙江小百花越剧团《西厢记》获得成功的原因是多方面的。如果从剧本文学角度来看,主要有以下两方面的原因: 一、深入开掘人物内心世界,以适应当代各阶层观众的审美需求。《西厢记》是一部诗意盎然的爱情剧,是一支永恒的男欢女爱之歌的人性之歌。
