风险管理在外科病房护理中的实施效果

目的:探讨风险管理对外科病房护理质量的改善效果。方法:将医院2014年5月~2015年5月在外科病房住院的178例患者,随机分成观察组89例与对照组89例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用风险管理,分别比较两组患者对各项护理质量指标、质控评分及患者对护理的满意度。结果:实施风险管理前,观察组的护理差错、风险事件及投诉发生次数与对照组差异不明显,实施风险管理后,观察组的护理差错、风险事件及投诉发生次数明显低于对照组。实施风险管理前,观察组的质控评分与对照组差异不明显;实施风险管理后,观察组的质控评分明显高于对照组。观察组患者对护理的满意度,明显高于对照组患者对护理的满意度。结论:风险管理应用于外科病房,能明显加强监管力度,提升整体护理质量,有效提高患者对外科病房护理工作的认可度。 Objective: To explore the effect of risk management on nursing quality of surgical wards. Methods: 178 patients hospitalized in the surgical ward from May 2014 to May 2015 in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group (89 cases) and control group (89 cases). The control group received routine nursing. The observation group was treated with risk management The two groups were compared on the quality of care indicators, quality control scores and patient satisfaction with the care. Results: Before the implementation of risk management, there were no significant differences in nursing errors, risk events and the number of complaints between the observation group and the control group. After the implementation of risk management, the number of nursing errors, risk events and complaints in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Before the implementation of risk management, the quality control score of the observation group was not significantly different from that of the control group. After the implementation of risk management, the quality control score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing care than those in the control group. Conclusion: Risk management should be applied to surgical ward, which can significantly strengthen supervision and improve the overall quality of care, and effectively improve patient acceptance of nursing care in surgical wards.
