1996年5至7月份,我们采取问卷、走访、座谈等形式;对全市2.305名行政村的女党员状况进行了调查。目前全市有农村女党员9.266名.其中农民党员6.684名.基层干部党员1.402名.共占农村党员总数的10.7.%. 从调查的情况看.我市农村女党员在基层党组织的领导下,能较好地发挥先锋模范作用.为农村的物质文明和精神文明建设做出了积极贡献.但是.在调查中也发现农村女党员的现状及女党员工作还存在着不容忽视的问题。现将情况综合报告如下:
From May to July 1996, we took the forms of questionnaires, visits and forums. We investigated the situation of female party members in 2.305 administrative villages in the city. At present, there are 9.266 rural women party members in the city, including 6.684 peasant party members, 1.402 grassroots party members, accounting for 10.7% of the total number of rural party members .From the investigation, the rural women party members in our city, under the leadership of grassroots party organizations, Can play a vanguard and exemplary role better for the rural material civilization and spiritual civilization made a positive contribution.However, the survey also found that the status of rural women party members and the work of female party members there are still problems that can not be ignored.
