色谱技术是现代分析化学中应用最广的一种技术,具有高选择性、高效率、高灵敏度和高自动化的特点。近年来,它在技术和应用方面取得了明显突破的同时,不断地发展并完善自身的理论体系。目前,一个包括气相色谱、高效液相色谱、薄层色谱和其后色谱形式在内的完整的色谱学科领域已开始形成。色谱技术对环境保护、药物化学、临床医学等学科的迅速渗透已引起了国内劳动卫生工作者的广泛重视。 限于篇幅,笔者仅就气相色谱技术的进展及近年来它在劳动卫生领域的应用情况作一简要介绍。
Chromatography is one of the most widely used techniques in modern analytical chemistry and has the characteristics of high selectivity, high efficiency, high sensitivity and high automation. In recent years, it has made significant breakthroughs in technology and application and constantly developed and perfected its own theoretical system. At present, a complete field of chromatography including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography and its subsequent chromatographic format has begun to take shape. The rapid infiltration of chromatographic technology on environmental protection, medicinal chemistry, clinical medicine and other disciplines has attracted the widespread attention of domestic labor and health workers. Due to space limitations, the author only on the progress of gas chromatography technology and its application in the field of labor and health in recent years make a brief introduction.
