Objective: To investigate the effects of acute moderate hypobaric hypoxia on plasma levels of angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) and adrenomedullin (ADM) in pilots. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of plasma AⅡ and ADM in 16 healthy male fighter pilots before hypoxia, acute hypobaric hypoxia, and immediately after reaching the ground for 6 hours. Sixteen healthy male fighters at the corresponding time Determination for the control. Results: ① Compared with the control group [(69.60 ± 4.58), (46.43 ± 3.45) ng / L], the levels of AⅡ and ADM in the pilots before hypoxia [(72.56 ± 4.69), (48.81 ± 3.68) ng / There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). (2) The levels of AⅡ and ADM in the pilots were significantly higher than those before anoxia (P <0.05) at 6h after acute hypobaric hypoxia ([(77.68 ± 5.18), (52.72 ± 4.13) ng / L] [(74.03 ± 4.88) and (48.72 ± 3.64) ng / L], respectively. CONCLUSION: Acute hypobaric hypoxia can lead to an increase in plasma AII and ADM levels in pilots, a transient effect.
