对我院1982～1989年的门诊及病房工作进行动态分析结果如下:(1)门诊工作动态:①门诊1982～1984年和1987～1989年呈下降趋势,1984～1987年呈上升趋势;②在一年中门诊量大都集中在3～9月,7、8两月最高,以1、2月最低;③内科门诊量占40％,其次儿科、针灸科和妇科,口腔科门诊量最小;④大内科与按摩科有上升趋势,皮肤、口腔科由上升→下降趋势,其余科室均为下降趋势。(2)病房工作量动态:①开放床位数、出院病人数和床位周转次和实际床位占用日呈增长
