阐述了铁路货车三大件转向架交叉支撑技术的作用原理和技术关键,并应用动力学仿真软件研究了车辆的动力学性能与交叉支撑装置特性参数的关系,应用疲劳理论和试验研究手段对交叉支撑装置的可靠性和结构进行了研究改进,完善了提速、重载货车转向架的结构及参数,提高了交叉支撑装置的使用寿命和交叉支撑转向架的可靠性。应用转向架参数测试台对交叉支撑转向架进行了系统的参数测试,并通过线路动力学试验验证了装用交叉支撑转向架的货车可满足我国铁道车辆动力学规范的要求。
The principle and key technology of the cross-support technology of three-piece bogie for railway wagons are described. The relationship between the dynamic performance of the vehicle and the characteristic parameters of the cross bracing device is studied by using the dynamic simulation software. The fatigue theory and the experimental research method are used to analyze the cross The reliability and structure of the supporting device are researched and improved, the structure and parameters of the bogie for speeding and heavy goods vehicles are improved, and the service life of the cross supporting device and the reliability of the cross supporting bogie are improved. The bogie parameters test rig was used to test the parameters of the cross bracing system. The line dynamics test verified that the truck equipped with the bracing bogie could meet the requirements of China railway vehicle dynamics.
