The charisma of teachers in Chinese teaching plays a crucial role in the development of students and is the basic guarantee for teachers’ successful teaching. Its impact on students include: contribute to the formation of students’ healthy personality; help to stimulate students’ academic development; help to establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students; and help strengthen students’ will and so on.
