文章以青岛市为研究对象进行实证分析,对青岛市城乡居民社会医疗保险制度整合现状进行评估。首先论述了整合实施的必要性和可能性、整合的过程及影响,并选取指标评估整合实施状况,探索实施中的难点和可能面临的挑战,最后针对提出的问题给出进一步发展的政策建议,为将来青岛市社会保障制度一体化提供参考。
The article takes Qingdao as the research object and conducts an empirical analysis to evaluate the status quo of the integration of urban and rural residents’ social medical insurance system in Qingdao. First of all, it discusses the necessity and possibility of integration, the process and influence of integration, selects the indicators to evaluate the integration and implementation status, explores the difficulties in implementation and possible challenges, and finally gives some policy recommendations for the further development of the proposed issues. For the future integration of social security system in Qingdao City to provide a reference.
