本文研究了少量钴对不变钢性能与结构的影响。根据膨胀试验和磁性试验的结果,加入1~2%的钴会显著的扩大不变钢最低膨胀系数的温度范围。当它与3Ni24Cr_3配对作成双金属片时,最大灵敏度的温度范围也得到扩大。若将钴的加入量提高到4%,则最大灵敏度的温度范围也随着扩大,但灵敏度稍微降低。电阻试验证明:在不变钢中加入1~4%钴不会引起K—状态的形成,即不产生体积效应。由磁性试验证实不变钢的低膨胀性属于物质的铁磁本质。
This paper studies the effect of a small amount of cobalt on the properties and structure of invariable steels. According to the results of the expansion test and the magnetic test, the addition of 1 to 2% cobalt significantly expands the temperature range of the lowest coefficient of expansion of the invariable steel. When it is paired with 3Ni24Cr_3 to form a bimetal, the maximum sensitivity temperature range is also enlarged. If the addition of cobalt is increased to 4%, the maximum sensitivity temperature range also increases, but the sensitivity is slightly reduced. Resistance tests show that adding 1 to 4% cobalt in invariable steel does not cause the formation of K-state, ie, no volume effect. It is confirmed by the magnetic experiment that the low expansion of the invariable steel belongs to the ferromagnetic nature of the material.
