SJY高爆速液体炸药延长药包爆破,是一门新技术,目前还处在初期试验及应用阶段。1987年河南黄河河务局通过模拟试验,首次将其应用到黄河分洪口门爆破,大大改善了爆破设计、施工方案,解决了在规定时间内完不成作业的困难。本文根据国内水利工程首次试验及应用该项技术的实践,介绍了SJY掖体炸药的性能,堤坝爆破机理及设计方法,供工程设计及施工人员参考。
SJY high-detonation liquid explosives to prolong the explosives, is a new technology, is still in the initial test and application stage. In 1987, through carrying out simulation tests, the Yellow River River Bureau of Henan Province applied it to the Yellow River flood discharge portal blasting for the first time, which greatly improved the blasting design and construction scheme and solved the difficulty of failing to finish the operation within the stipulated time. Based on the first trial of domestic water conservancy projects and the application of this technology, this paper introduces the properties of SJY tundish explosives, the mechanism of blasting of dams and design methods for the reference of engineering design and construction workers.
