对于冷芯盒法制芯,原砂比表面积及粘结剂中的溶剂加入量,对砂芯的强度有重要影响。在粘结剂加入量较少时,强度曲线峰值对应的比表面积小;粘结剂加入量较多时,强度曲线峰值对应的比表面积大。故应选用比表面积适当的原砂。在原砂比表面积较大或添加粉状附加物时,粘结剂中应含有较多的溶剂量,以减少芯砂强度的下降。
For the cold box core legal system, the original surface area of sand and binder solvent addition, the strength of the sand core has a significant impact. When the amount of binder is small, the specific surface area corresponding to the peak of the intensity curve is small. When the amount of the binder is larger, the specific surface area corresponding to the peak of the intensity curve is larger. Therefore, the appropriate surface area should be used in the original sand. In the original sand larger surface area or add powdered addenda, the binder should contain more solvent to reduce the core strength of the decline.
