基于直筒式胀管器芯轴表面剧烈磨损失效的现象,通过成分分析、断口形貌分析、金相分析和力学性能分析等方法对其失效原因进行研究。结果表明:芯轴由于内部针状魏氏组织存在,导致强度严重下降,这一结论通过力学性能分析也得到了证实。同时ANSYS仿真结果表明:芯轴强度下降,造成芯轴塑性变形,导致尾部应力集中。
Based on the phenomenon of severe wear and tear on the mandrel surface of straight tube expander, the cause of failure was studied by means of composition analysis, fracture surface morphology analysis, metallographic analysis and mechanical property analysis. The results show that the strength of the mandrel is seriously decreased due to the existence of internal acicular Wistar structure. This conclusion is confirmed by the mechanical properties analysis. At the same time, ANSYS simulation results show that the mandrel strength decreases, causing the plastic deformation of the mandrel, resulting in tail stress concentration.
