中长跑项目是田径项目的一项重要内容,具有很强的观赏性和技术性,对于运动员的技术要求非常高。同时,中长跑还可以作为全面健身的一个重要项目,对于提高人民群众健康状况具有非常重要的作用。中长跑项目具有一套科学化的完整训练方法,也具有一定的技巧可循。在本文中,笔者就结合中长跑项目训练的工作实践,总结出中长跑项目训练的若干技巧。
The middle and long distance running program is an important part of the track and field program. It has strong ornamental and technical features and has very high technical requirements for athletes. At the same time, middle and long distance running can also be used as an important item in comprehensive fitness and plays an important role in improving people’s health. The long-distance running project has a set of scientific and complete training methods, but also has certain skills to follow. In this article, the author combines the practice of middle and long distance training, summed up a number of skills training in long-distance running.
