牙齿发育畸形中额外齿并不少见,但发生于上颌窦者较少。笔者在为一上颌窦炎患者施行柯氏手术时,发现两侧窦内共有七颗牙齿。患者,女、35岁,鼻通气不畅,脓涕五年。检查:口腔牙齿32颗,牙列完整,牙体发育正常。下鼻甲肥厚,中鼻道可见灰白色葡葡样肿物,质硬,易出血。双侧上颌窦穿刺有脓性分泌物,X片见双上颌窦及额窦混浊,骨质无破坏。临床诊断:慢性副鼻窦炎;鼻息肉。手术所见:剥除全部窦腔粘膜后,发现窦
Extra teeth in deformities are not uncommon, but fewer in the maxillary sinus. When I performed Kirschner wire surgery on a maxillary sinusitis, I found a total of seven teeth on both sides of the sinus. Patients, female, 35 years old, poor nasal ventilation, purulent tears five years. Check: Oral teeth 32, complete dentition, normal tooth development. Lower turbinate hypertrophy, visible in the middle of the nasal gray-like Portuguese-Portuguese mass, hard, easy bleeding. Bilateral maxillary sinus puncture with purulent secretions, X-piece see the maxillary sinus and frontal sinus opacity, no bone destruction. Clinical diagnosis: chronic sinusitis; nasal polyps.
