我厂所生产的各种电机产品,使用各种规格的圆柱形螺旋弹簧有近百种。过去大部分是用手工绕制的,这不仅工效低,质量差,同时也远远赶不上生产的需要。我厂二车间启动组的同志,在向“四化”进军中,采取土洋结合的办法,利用废料,自己设计制造了一部高工效的绕簧机,它的岀现,彻底的解决了弹簧生产供应不上的局面,既保证了质量,又使工人从过去的体力劳动中解放出来了。现在把它的结构原理及操作方法,介绍出来,供各兄弟厂参考。
