利用8个无性系种子园内的12个因子标记无性系,我们估算出5年里风媒自花受精可育种子的平均率为2.5%。但种子园之间和各年之间的差异很大。利用控制自花授粉和异花授粉的数据,我们进一步推算出自花受精种子(可育十不可育)的总平均率为9.5%。树冠下部的自花受精率比树冠上部高。部分无性系分株的去雄表明,分株内的自花受精率比同系分株间的自花受精率高。本文还讨论了种子园的经营管理措施。
Using 12 markers of clones in eight clonal germplasm orchards, we estimated that the average rate of self-fertilized seeds of wind-borne self-fertilization was 2.5% in five years. But the differences between the seed orchards and the years vary greatly. Using data from controlling self-pollination and cross-pollination, we further deduced that the overall average rate of self-fertilizing seeds (fertile ten non-fertile) was 9.5%. The lower part of the crown self-fertilization rate higher than the crown. The emasculation of some clonal ratoons indicates that the self-fertilization rate within ramets is higher than that of self-fertilized ramets. This article also discusses the operation and management of seed orchard.
