我院曾连续遇到两例服中药引起过敏反应病例,因报告尚少,为引起大家注意,报告如下:张××,男,38岁。1974年10月14日,因头痛、咽干,自服牛黄解毒丸(渭南药材公司中药厂出品)一丸(一钱重),约20分钟后,全身搔痒,胸背部、颈项部及大腿内侧尤著,并出现米粒样小红疹,未引起注意。次日又服上药一丸,约15分钟后,上述症状增重,搔痒严重,原部位米粒状小红疹复现,未见出血点和紫斑。除停药外,内服扑尔敏4毫克、异丙嗪25毫克。搔痒减轻,3天后皮疹消失,无明显落屑和色素沉着。既往无任何过敏史。王××,女,34岁。1974年9月20日,因患急性高酶性肝炎,服中药煎剂,复方中有茵陈一两。服药后20分钟,全身搔痒,面红发热伴胀感,恶心。未予注意,连服两剂,均引起上述症状。2次服药后,尚出现四肢末梢热胀感,无水肿,皮肤温度温热较正常增高,严重搔痒。予静注葡萄糖酸钙20毫升、扑尔敏
