春天,阳光明媚、春风和煦,是一年当中非常美好的季节。但是,许多人在春天容易犯困,感到疲劳、昏昏欲睡,早晨不易睡醒,即使醒后也感到没有睡足,正像俗话说的“春困秋乏夏打盹”。按中医的理论,春天气温逐渐升高,人体阳气升发,气血趋向于表,组织器官负荷加重,对中枢神经系统产生镇静、催眠作用,因此容易出现身体困乏。春困虽不属于病态,但疲惫的精神状态给工作、生活都会带来不利的影响。不少人越困越多睡,其实这是一个误区,睡觉并不能解决春困的问题。而适当调整一下生活习惯,对预防和减轻春困会有一定的效果。
