失地农民我国城镇化进程中所产生的一个特殊群体,是现代化进程发展的必然结果。本文通过分析目前失地农民养老保障制度的现状,提出构建养老保障制度的初步构想。
Landless peasants A special group arising from the process of urbanization in our country is the inevitable result of the development of the modernization process. In this paper, by analyzing the status quo of the old-age security system for landless peasants, this paper proposes the initial concept of building the old-age security system.
